Dr. Ahmed is a graduate of King Edward Medical University He was awarded Masters in Public Health by School of Public Health University of Alabama at Birmingham He completed his training in Psychiatry at University of Tennessee Memphis. He has vast experience of diagnosing and treating mental illnesses in the hospital setting as well as outpatient clinic. His diagnostic interviews are very thorough and detail oriented. His medication management is always very comprehensive and his treatment plans are aimed toward improving overall quality of his patients life.
Dr. Ahmed also provides TMS treatment and has admitting privileges at Memorial Healthcare Owosso MI.
Dr. Ahmed's philosophy is that mental illnesses are just like any other physical illnesses which can be treated with right kind of medication He wants his patients to live a very healthy and productive life
