Dr Patel is a Board Certified in Internal Medicine physician. He went to P. S. Medical College in the western Indian state of Gujarat. Dr Patel pursued Internal Medicine Residency training at Paterson, New Jersey from St. Joseph's Regional Medical Center affiliated with Mt. Sinai University. He finished his training in 2009, then went on to practice as a Hospital practicing physician in Alabama and Florida. It is during these years that he developed his passion for Primary Care Medicine, direct and comprehensive patient care. He is certified to help treat the epidemic of Opioid Dependence Suboxone-Buprenorphine Treatment and is also certified in prescribing Medical Marijuana. He has vast experience in treating both critical and stable major medical conditions. Dr Patel wants to dedicate his time in preventive and primary care medicine to keep his patients healthy and happy.
