Dr. Borges is Board-Certified in Family Medicine. She earned her Medical Degree at Higher Institute of Medical Sciences in Camaguey, Cuba where she graduated in 2004. She then completed her internship and family medicine residency at Hospital Auxilio Mutuo PR and McAllen Medical Center TX respectively.She speaks English and Spanish.
