Vanessa Parker, PhD,PMHNP-BC

Dr. Parker is the ownerpractitioner of Avant-Garde Center for Wellness. She is an empirically-trained behavioral researcher and a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner. She is skillful and compassionate provider of mental health and wellness services. She utilizes multiple pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic treatment modalities,across a diverse patient population, to manage mood disorders, psychosis, autism spectrum disorders, substance use disorders, childhood traumas, ADHD, sleep disorders, PTSD,, domestic violence, trichotillomania and body dysmorphia. All are welcome. Services available to all races, ethnicities, sexual orientations, races, ages, .religions and lifestyles. Dr. Parker works in collaboration with community-based partners to support clients' achievement of their treatment goals.
