Vanessa King-Johnson

BIOGRAPHY

Health A New has happily added to their group, a board-certified gynecologist, Vanessa G. King-Johnson, MD, to cater to the needs of women in all age groups.

The uniqueness of being the ninth child in a house filled with boys proved that discipline and determination was placed in her DNA. Success in this musical, athletic, and hard-working family was paramount.

She received her Bachelor of Science degree from Oakwood University in Huntsville, AL. She matriculated at the University of Miami School of Medicine where Doctor of Medicine was conferred then completed her ObstetricsGynecology residency at Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia, PA.

She has spent over 25 years improving the outcomes of both obstetric and gynecologic issues for women in general. She had the role of team leader, liaison between physicians and administrative staff, organizer and Best OBGYN for several years in a row. Some urologic services, major and minor surgeries, and office procedures are part of her repertoire.
