Thomas Braxtan, MD

Board certified in Internal Medicine and Nephrology. In private practice since 1977, first in St Paul MN and since 1987 in Bradenton FL. Previously Served as Chief of Staff at Manatee Memorial Hospital and as Chair of ESRD Network 7 Quality Committee responsible for quality oversight for dialysis in Florida statewide. I have served on many hospital committees throughout my career. During summers in Montana I serve as a volunteer fireman. I am currently retired from private practice but continue to remain active as a volunteer physician at Turning Points Medical Clinic.
