Our goal is to help you achieve optimal well-being through a comprehensive approach that includes preventative care, chronic disease management, hormone replacement therapy HRT for both men and women, and weight loss services.

We offer flexible membership plans and pay-per-appointment options tailored to meet your unique needs. While we primarily operate as a self-pay practice, you are welcome to use your insurance for labs, diagnostic tests, and prescriptions. This approach ensures accessible, customised healthcare designed just for you.

Our services include Telehealth consultations and in-home care within a specified radius.

Membership Service Pricing Includes Follow-Ups

150 per month Unlimited Telehealth consultations, including follow-ups.
250 per month Unlimited Telehealth consultations one in-home visit per month. You come to us, or We come to you.
Memberships are billed monthly to your card on file.

Pay-Per-Service Non-Members
100 per Telehealth Consultation. Up to one hour, then 100 per additional hour thereafter.
50 per Telehealth Follow-Up Consultation. Up to one hour, then 100 per additional hour thereafter.
150 per In-Home Consultation. You come to us, or we come to you. Up to one hour, then 100 per additional hour thereafter.
