Susan Conley is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Susan graduated from Chamberlain University in 2020 and has been providing care to the elderly population either as their primary care physician or a geriatric consultant. Susan has 27 years of combined experience in health care and worked at Lakeside Medical Center for 15 years prior to obtaining nurse practitioner certification. Susan is also a Palm Beach State clinical adjunct who helps develops RN and LPN students in the clinical aspect of nursing.
