Completed my residency in 1998 in Internal Medicine at Henry Ford Hospital. I am board certified in Internal Medicine. The focus of my practice is providing continuum of care from acute care at the hospital setting to post discharge care at the subacute rehab, assisted living, memory care unit and independent living. I have limited amount of appointments to provide out patient care.
