Stuart Joseph, MD

Dr. Stuart Joseph has been practicing Internal Medicine in the South Florida community since 1989 He is originally from San Juan Puerto Rico. He also lived in Mexico City and Venezuela enabling him full fluency in Spanish. He completed his Bachelors Degree in Biology at Princeton University with a senior thesis on "The Future of Monoclonal Antibodies in Tumor Immunotherapy" in 1982 and completed medical school at the University of Puerto Rico in 1986. His residency was completed in Internal Medicine at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan in 1989 where he was awarded several resident teaching awards. He became Board Certified in Internal Medicine in 1989 and is associated with South Miami Hospital where he serves on the Credentialing Committee and the Medical Executive Committee. He has been practicing Internal Medicine continuously since 1989 with a broad network of specialty physicians with whom he has worked over the years. He is an active musician and plays in a local band.
