Steven Suastegui

Dr. Suasteguis journey in medicine began with a career as a Firefighter-Paramedic, where his dedication to serving others inspired him to pursue a medical education. He earned his degree from Trinity School of Medicine and excelled during his Internal Medicine Residency at Geisinger in Pennsylvania. His exceptional performance and leadership skills led to his appointment as Chief Resident, where he fostered a collaborative and compassionate approach to patient care.
Driven by a passion for addressing the complexities of substance abuse, Dr. Suastegui further honed his expertise through specialized training in the UF Addiction Medicine Fellowship. This advanced training solidified his commitment to providing innovative and comprehensive care.
Now at the helm of his own practice, Dr. Suastegui is devoted to promoting community health and holistic well-being. He combines cutting-edge treatments with a patient-centered approach, empowering individuals to thrive at every stage of their health journey.
