I practice integrative psychiatry, combining an individualized emphasis on psychopharmacology medications, talk therapy, coaching and guided self-care nutrition, wellness, lifestyle modification, and adjustment to chronic medical conditions. My approach is patient-centric and emphasizes helping you to make informed choices about your care, tailoring it to your needs, and encouraging you to assume as much responsibility in medical decision-making as you desire and which we deem practical. My practice is a solo practice of primary care psychiatry that is entirely via telemedicine using secure videoconferencing similar to Zoom. I am no longer participating as a provider in insurance networks, but in some cases, you can submit your receipts for out-of-pocket payment to your health insurer for reimbursement.
