Shelley Turk, NP

I am a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner FNP. I graduated from Midwestern State University in 2007, where I received a bachelors degree in nursing science. For seven years I worked in an emergency room as a registered nurse RN. In 2011 I went back to school to earn my masters degree in family nurse practitioner from the University of Texas in Arlington. I am currently licensed in the following states: AZ, CO, IA, KS, LA, ME, MD, MT, NE, NV, NH, NM, ND, OR, TX, UT, VT and WA.
