Sharan Allen

Sharan Allen Shea, MSN, APRN, AGNP-C. She is a board-certified Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioner. Her specialty is in Primary Care of the Adolescent 13 years through the end of life. She is a graduate of Walden University College of Nursing BSN and Walden University MSN in Nursing specializing in Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioner. Her goal is to ensure positive health outcomes by decreasing complications of chronic illness in her patient population. Despite patients developing chronic diseases, Shea understands that chronic illness does not
have to be disabling. Shea partners with her patients through education and evidence-based protocol guidelines, with the emphasis on disease prevention, health maintenance, and chronic disease management. There is an acronym that I like to use as a provider, that is C.A.P., which is the hallmark of the heart of healthcare, it symbolizes C- compassion, A- accountability, and P-professionalism. Compassionate providers are concerned about the suffering of others. Exemplifying concern and sensitivity empathy to anothers pain, allows the receiver to heal by nature or the positive atmosphere we exuberate as compassionate healthcare providers.
