Hello! I am Shannon and the new medical provider at CPD Integrated Healthcare and am very happy to be a member of this team!

I am Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner PMHNP with a specialized degree focusing on providing compassionate care to individuals with mental health disorders and substance use disorders.

I will work with you to develop an individualized treatment plan that best helps you. These plans will include advice on positive lifestyle changes, psychotherapy, drug therapy, while also coordinating care with other parts of your care team to assure that you receive comprehensive care.
