Shannon Cheek

Dr. Cheek is a trained child, adolescent, and adult psychiatrist who comes to Providers for Healthy Living from Nationwide Children's Hospital.

She graduated Summa Cum Laude from St. Joseph's College with a BA in history and a BS in biology and chemistry. She received her MD from The Ohio State University. Following graduation, she completed a general psychiatry residency at The Ohio State University and a child and adolescent psychiatry fellowship at Nationwide Children's Hospital.

Dr. Cheek has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in a variety of settings. She has a special interest in adolescent substance use disorders.

Dr. Cheek is board-certified in both psychiatry and child and adolescent psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, Inc.
