Santa C Gutierrez, is a Family Nurse Practitioner. She is able to provide comprehensive health care for the individual and family across all ages. NP Gutierrez is fluent in English and Spanish. NP Gutierrez earned both her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing - Family Nurse Practitioner degree from The University of Texas at Arlington. Beginning her career as a Licensed Vocational Nurse, NP Gutierrez knew she wanted to continue her education to provide the best possible healthcare to Texas communities. While serving as a Family Nurse Practitioner NP Gutierrez also works as a Hospice Care Nurse Practitioner, providing the best in quality care and comfort for patients with terminal conditions. NP Gutierrez enjoys giving back to her community through volunteer services and is proud to provide positive, effective care for patients of all ages, backgrounds and walks of life.
