Dr. Zaidi's background has encompassed more than thirty years of extensive and diverse experience in the field of Child, Adolescent Family Psychiatry in:

Clinical Administration: Totally responsible for the management of a Monmouth Medical Center Childrens Crisis Intervention Service staff and operations; establishing patient service for adolescents, including day and overnight hospitalization; and supervision of multidisciplinary staff in various settings.1992-2012

Academic: Clinical Assistant Professor, Department of Psychiatry, Drexel School of Medicine. Site Director for Psychiatry to provide supervision and training of: Medical Students on Rotation and Pediatric Residents at Monmouth Medical Center for Drexel University School of Medicine and Physicians Assistants Program from UMDNJ and Seton Hall.

Community: Private Practice of child, adolescent and family psychiatry and addiction medicine as well as Board of Education approved consulting psychiatrist to many school districts throughout Monmouth and Ocean Counties and to different community services since 1991.
