While medication management is my primary focus, I view medication as a means to achieve the stability needed to attain your goals. Each appointment is structured to help you find the evidence based combination of medication andor coping skills to make long term improvements. I work with adolescents and adults on issues from anxiety, depression, OCD, bipolarmood specturm, and ADHD

Deeply compassionate, free of shame, and focused developing transformative insight for each person, my practice is rooted in over 25 years of Mindfuless practice. I am certified in Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy MBCT, an evidenced based program developed to use Mindfulness to decrease depression, anxiety, and difficult mood states.

My psychiatric practice is unique and more than just medication management. With longer appointment times and consultation between appointments as needed, I am very present for my clients. For these reasons, I am out of network with insurance. I look forward to working with you!
