Penny Chow, M.D.

I completed my psychiatric residency training at Baylor College of Medicine. I practiced at the Houston VA for 10 years along with teaching residents and medical students. Since leaving the VA I have been in private practice for over 15 years I manage a spectrum of conditions including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, psychotic disorder, and attention deficit disorders. I do not believe in 15 minute med checks. I provide a thorough evaluation for medication management along with a component of therapy.
