As a psychiatric NP with about one year experience and ten years experience in health care, I am passionate about mental health. I believe in client driven mental healthcare with the client more involved in their care. I provide a laidback and informal environment where the client feels comfortable to tell their story.
I have worked in various mental healthcare settings to provide holistic mental care. My practice focuses on medication management and psychotherapy both virtual and in person. I specialize in the care of patients 10 years and above with various conditions that include but are not limited to: ADHD, anxiety, depression, bi-polar disorders, PTSD, and sleep disorders among others. I strive to work with the patient to come up with a mutually agreed upon treatment plan which sets goals, objectives and timelines.
