Welcome new guests of Azari Pain and Regenerative Center! Located in Petaluma, we treat a variety of pain conditions with both interventional procedures and non-interventional modalities medications, physical therapy.

Our program is lead by Dr. Pari Azari, a double board certified Pain Physician. She is certified in both Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation as well as Interventional Pain Management from top institutions in the medical field University of Texas Health Science Center and Duke University, respectively.

We are unique in that our approach is completely individualized and catered to you. We develop a full wellness approach based on Dr. Azari's extensive experience as director of a Wellness Center. Working in combination with other medical professionals, we put utmost importance in both functional and lifestyle improvements. We welcome you to our program and hope to see you soon.
