After earning his bachelor's degree at St. Petersburg Medical University in Russia, Dr. Karpenko graduated from New York College of Podiatric Medicine followed by additional advanced professional training at the Kingsbrook Jewish Medical Center, where he served as Chief Resident of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery Program.
