Nikki Smart is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner FNP with extensive experience as a FNP and a proud graduate of Prairie View AM University. As the owner and founder of Smart Choice Health Wellness Clinic, Nikki and her professional staff operate under the precept that patients deserve quality, efficient, and affordable healthcare. Nikki is a native of Houston, Texas and began her nursing career over 16 years ago. Since then, she has passionately committed herself to helping improve the health of others. Nikki focuses on promoting health and wellness to build a healthier community. She is devoted to her patients and impacts the lives of everyone she serves. In her leisure time, Nikki is dedicated to her health and enjoys training at local gym, cooking, traveling, spending time with her beautiful children and family.
