As a dual board-certified psychiatric mental health and pediatric nurse practitioner, Nettie utilizes compassionate, evidence-based care that empowers the client to achieve their mental health goals. She provides supportive medication management in combination with psychoeducation, psychotherapy, and family support to help the client thrive. She performs psychiatric assessments and medication management of many conditions including major depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, autism spectrum disorders, ADHD, oppositional defiant disorder, conduct disorder, and other mood disorders. She provides a warm individualized approach that recognizes the many factors contributing to mental health. She has an extensive background in pediatrics, applying the flexibility and playfulness she learned as a pediatric nurse practitioner in primary care for over 11 years. She applies the mindfulness, stress management, and body-mind connection she learned as a massage therapist for over 10 years. She recognizes that mental health is often misunderstood and often intimidating for many. She seeks to help you achieve your best mental health.
