Mohsen Pahlavan

Dr. Mohsen Pahlavan is a skilled, caring, experienced and diligent physician serving the communities of Nassau and Suffolk and Queens. Dr. Pahlavan is a graduate of the Bowman Gray School of Medicine at Wake Forest University. He completed his fellowship in nephrology at Winthrop-University Hospital and a second fellowship in transplant nephrology Stony-Brook University Hospital. Dr.Pahlavan completed his residency in internal medicine at Nassau University Medical Center.

Dr. Pahlavan is a physician of Long Island Kidney Care, PC. with offices in Plainview, N.Y. He is affiliated with Winthrop-University Hospital; North Shore University Hospital in Manhasset, Plainview, Syosset and Glen Cove; Long Island Jewish Medical Center in New Hyde Park; Mercy Medical Center, St.Joseph's Hospital; Good Samaritan Hospital and Franklin Hospitals. Dr. Pahlavan is board certified in nephrology by the American Board of Internal Medicine. He is a member of the American Society of Transplantation, the American Society of Nephrology and the American College of Physicians.

Dr. Pahlavan is committed to excellence and is sensitive to the uniqueness of each patient's situation and adapts his consultations and treatment options appropriately to accommodate individual needs and concerns.

He is a participating provider with almost all insurance plans. Dr. Pahlavan's office is fluent in English, Spanish, and Farsi.
