Michelle Cermak, NP, is a compassionate and dedicated Nurse Practitioner at SAFE Psychology and Wellness Center. With a strong commitment to providing patient-centered care, Michelle believes in the inherent worth and dignity of every individual. Her approach to patient care is grounded in empathy, equality, and a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by those with complex mental and physical health needs.

Michelle's extensive experience in behavioral health and as a registered nurse includes caring for adults with severe mental illnesses in a variety of settings, such as inpatient psychiatric units, crisis centers, drug rehabilitation facilities, prisons, detention centers, and in-home care. Building on these experiences, she now serves the same patient population as a Nurse Practitioner, offering both primary care and mental health services.

Michelle's unbiased and empathetic care fosters trust and provides a safe, welcoming environment for individuals who may feel reluctant to seek help elsewhere. Her dedication to building strong, therapeutic relationships enables her to support patients in achieving improved health and well-being.
