Megan Kelly Gilman, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC

Megan is an ANCC Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner who specializes in outpatient psychopharmacologic management of clients with mental health and substance use disorders. Megan began her career 14 years ago working as a psychiatric nurse in a vast array of settings including St. Vincents Medical Center Psychiatric emergency room and specialized inpatient units. She later worked at Recovery Network of Programs at their freestanding detox clinic for clients with addictive disorders.

Megan worked at Bridges Healthcare in Milford as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, treating high acuity mental health clients. She later worked on their Mobile Suboxone Van, traveling to high use locations throughout West Haven and New Haven neighborhoods. She specializes in treating clients that are suffering from addiction, she practices under the principles of Harm Reduction and utilizes evidenced based research in treating substance use clients.
