Mark Wagner Md

With over 25 years of experience, Dr. Mark Wagner is highly regarded as a leader in the field of Sports Medicine. He treats professional, collegiate high school athletes, along with recreational, weekend warriors.

Dr. Wagner has a special interest in regenerative medicine and joint preservation through the use of autologous stem-cells, a non-surgical approach to restoring, repairing and regenerating arthritic joints. It is Dr. Wagners goal to provide his patients with individualized, state- of-the-art treatment, returning each patient to their natural mobility as quickly as possible.

In addition, to treating sports-related conditions, Dr. Wagner sees patients for their primary care needs as well. He is board-certified in Family Medicine and in 2014 was awarded the prestigious title of Diplomat of the American Academy of Family Practice.

Dr. Wagner received his medical degree from the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida. He completed his residency in Family Practice and Sports Medicine at Halifax Hospital Medical Center in Daytona Beach, followed by a fellowship in Sports Medicine at The Sports Medicine Clinic in Seattle. He is board-certified by the American Board of Family Practice with a subspecialty in Sports Medicine.

Dr. Wagner lives on beautiful Bainbridge Island with his wife and three children. When out of the office, he enjoys spending time outdoors hiking, surfing, bicycling and skiing with his family. He is an accomplished athlete, competing finishing in such races as the Coeur DAlene Ironman, the Seattle Vancouver Marathons and RAMROD Ride Around Mount Rainier in One Day.
