I completed my training in Endocrinology and Metabolism at UT Southwestern Medical Center Dallas After completing my training I became staff physician at UT Southwestern Medical Center and have over 16 years of experience in patient care education of medical students residents and trainees and clinical research in the field of diabetes cholesterol obesity and Endocrinology I have published in journals like New England Journal of Medicine Diabetes Diabetes care and Nutrition among others Now I am providing my clinical experience and expertise to the community of Houston Bay Area for comprehensive care in prevention and management of diabetes endocrine and metabolic disorders

I am Boardcertified in Endocrinology and Metabolism Clinical Lipidology and Internal Medicine and I am Fellow of American Association of Clinical Endocrinology Fellow of National Lipid Association Board member of Southwest Lipid Association Board member of American Board in Clinical Lipidology a member of the American Medical Association the American Diabetes Association and the Texas Medical Association
