With three decades of experience as a registered nurse, with six of those years spent caring for varied populations with mental, behavioral, and substance use disorders, I have a wealth of knowledge and skill set to make a great impact in the lives of individuals with mental health challenges. The knowledge I gained from earning an advanced degree accords me with the capabilities to use evidence-based assessment tools to pinpoint the cause of your symptoms and systematically, in collaboration with you, reduce and over-eliminate them with medications and psychotherapy.
In a therapeutic, non-judgmental manner, and in collaboration with you, we will develop a treatment plan consistent with your values and preferences, goal-oriented, and affordable to effectively eliminate your symptoms by targeting the root cause. I offer medication management with psychotherapy to treat most SUD and mental health issues.
