Kevin Steehler, MD

Kevin Steehler is an LGBTQ Primary Care doctor trained in internal medicine. They completed medical school at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia, after which they pursued residency in Seattle at the University of Washington. During residency Kevin worked at the Madison Clinic at Harborview Medical Center, providing primary care to patients who are living with HIV and to those on PrEP. Kevin also completed an elective rotation in gender affirming care and has a passion for providing high quality care to patients who are transgender and gender non-conforming. As a gay, non-binary physician, Kevin strives to apply principles of health equity in their practice. Moreover, they fought to improve equity in medical training by serving as the Lead Negotiator of their union, RFPU-NW, during residency. When they are not seeing patients, Kevin enjoys taking care of their 2 cats, spending time with their partner, appreciating Seattle's drag scene, and playing board games and video games.
