Dr Kevin Carl is a board certified and licensed adult psychiatrist with a specialization in community psychiatry He received his training at Western Psychiatric Institute and Clinic where he served as Chief Resident and House Staff President He has worked in outpatient mental health clinics partial hospitalization programs and residential treatment facilities throughout Pittsburgh caring for patients with severe mood and anxiety disorders psychotic illnesses and intellectual disabilities He is committed to helping people work toward a meaningful recovery of life satisfaction and wellness and an improved resiliency to stress.
