I am the ownerprovider of Sage Psychiatry, LLC which is a telepsychiatry medication management and ketamine assisted psychotherapy practice in Colorado. I focus on helping people who are feeling stuck in patterns of coping that are not helpful to them including addiction or other impulsive behaviors, are feeling depressed and hopeless, anxious and worried, or have chronic mental illness and are wanting to optimize their mental health and wellbeing.

Together we will work to find the least invasive treatment approach to guide you on your path of healing and self-discovery. You'll learn to build on your strengths, develop healthier coping skills, and break self-defeating patterns.

My approach to health care is holistic and integrative. I believe that physical health, nutrition, good sleep hygiene, exercise and social supports are all essential to mental wellness. Healing is not about just prescribing medication.

We will begin with initial 60-minute initial evaluation visit. Medication support is provided during 30-45 minute follow-up appointments at a frequency ranging from two weeks to three months. During that time, medication may be added, reduced, or removed in the context of psychotherapy, lifestyle changes or other therapeutic modalities.
I also practices Ketamine Therapy for the appropriate client. These sessions range from 1.5 to 2 hours in length.
