Joy Russell, DPM

Dr. Russell is a graduate of Barry University School of Podiatric Medicine, in Miami, Florida. She completed Podiatric Surgery training at The Mount Sinai Hospital, in New York, where she was well trained in all aspects of foot and ankle surgery. After completing her Podiatric Residency in June 2010, she moved to Nashville, Tennessee where she worked as an associate podiatrist, gaining a great deal of training and focus in wound care.

In September 2011, she relocated back to her home town, Chattanooga, Tennessee, to offer her services, in private practice.

Dr. Russell's podiatric practice encompasses both medical and surgical care for a wide spectrum of foot and ankle conditions and injuries that affect people of all ages. She detects the early stages of diseases that exhibit warning signs in the lower extremities, such as diabetes, arthritis, and cardiovascular disease. She also provides management and treatment for all foot care needs, preventative diabetic foot care, wound care, care for patients with poor circulation, as well as generalized foot care. She is well trained in all aspects of foot and ankle surgery.
