Jerry Deming

My goal as a health care provider is to be a holistic and caring medical resource for my patients. For around 40 years, I have worked in hospital settings. There I gained experience in helping people reach health goals.

Previously held specialty's as a health and wellness specialist, tobacco treatment specialist, and a community health education specialist built my skills working with patients, community members, and health care personnel to meet their needs.

I have nursing experience in the following hospital settings: emergency department , ICU, telemetry and medical surgical units as well as a hyperbaric medicine unit.

I am a lifelong learner. I have earned bachelor degrees in Sociology and Nursing. I hold advanced degrees in Public Health and Nursing. I have completed recent training as a medical examiner and am listed on FMSCA's national registry as a provider.

I am excited to be moving into my own practice and look forward to earning the trust of my patients so I may help assist them to move toward their health goals.
