Jeannette Velazquez- Gomez

Jeannette Velazquez-Gomez MSN, APRN-C. She was born and raised in Puerto Rico. Holds a Masters in NursingFamily Nursing Practitioner specialty from South University of Savanah in May 2018. She is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She's fluent in both English and Spanish. Jeannette worked as an RN for over 24 years. She thrives in creating personalized care for her patients and the family members who care for them. In 2016 she decided to pursue her lifelong dream of being a Nurse Practioner and completed her education in 2018. She has since, spent 3 years in Internal MedicineFamily Medicine Practice in the Tampa area, which includes officehome visits, Assisted Living Facilities, and Telehealth. She belongs to the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, Small Assisted Living Coalition, and the Tampa Bay Advanced Practice Nurse Council. When she is not caring for patients, Jeannette enjoys spending time with friends and family. She loves her dogs Mala and also enjoys baking.
