Jaqualyn is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner PMHNP with nearly a decade of experience in mental health. Her career in mental health began as a social worker after earning a masters in social work from the State University of New York at Albany. Driven by a desire for a deeper understanding of the interplay between physical and mental health, she pursued nursing. She obtained her RN from Maria College, a BSN from the University of Bridgeport, and an MSN from Pace University. She is a member of the American Psychiatric Nurses Association and the Phi Theta Kappa National Honor Society.
