Janel Jones, FNP-BC

Janel always has had a passion for helping people but in 2006 she suffered a head and neck injury in an auto accident. In the process to heal and regain an active life again Janel went through the gauntlet of anxiety, pain, and fear. She met with many medical providers all who presented a dichotomy in their care values. Few listened to what she needed or to what she was feeling.

This experience encouraged Janel to begin the practice of Holistic Nursing. Her drive to practice holistically was further increased when her mother was diagnosed with small cell breast cancer in 2010. Watching her mother's desire to fight cancer naturally get dismissed; propelled Janel to open her own Family Care Practice where she could fully listen to her patients and create individualized care to help each patient heal their whole self.

Janel's credentials include a Bachelors degree in Nursing and Animal Science and an Accelerated Master's in Nursing from Boston College.
