James G. Wakefield III, MD

As a residency and fellowship trained board-certified family physician also board certified in integrative and holistic medicine, Dr. Wakefield has provided quality care for over 20 years in varied environments. Diverse training provided opportunities for him to represent our country, as a US Army physician soldier, in combat zones. Faith has been the catalyst for his service in third world Christian mission hospitals. With a passion for people and medicine, Dr. Wakefield has served communities ranging from large metropolitan areas to small rural towns. Dr. Wakefields heart for rural medicine stems from its requiring a greater scope of practice and a strong work ethic. His innate entrepreneurial spirit and desire to serve the local community launched his private practice Christian Clinic, a Medical Missions Ministry delivering compassionate, comprehensive and quality medical care for HIM in a supportive and productive environment for patients and staff
