Jaime Watkins

Jaime Watkins was born and raised in Oklahoma. She obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Oklahoma in 2008. She spent much of her nursing career as an obstetrical nurse in labor and delivery where her passion to help people continued to grow. With a goal of playing a more active role in the healthcare decisions of her patients, she obtained a Master of Science in Nursing in 2017. Over the past 5 years, Jaime has focused on helping men and women achieve better health through weight loss, preventive care, and hormone replacement therapy.

Jaime is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing, Phi Theta Kappa Society, and the recipient of the Clinical Nursing Award from the University of Oklahoma. Her biggest honor to date is knowing she has the ability to improve the health of her patients physically, mentally, and spiritually.
