Jafet Gonzalez-Zakarchenco

I'm a general psychiatrist, with training also in child and adolescent psychiatry.
I treat patients of all ages, with a variety of psychiatric conditions that affect their lives and make at times life difficult. I help patients to use their strengths and minimize their weaknesses, to make their lives what they meaningful.
I have work both in inpatient and out-patient setting. I work with patients that are challenged by substance use.
I studied medicine at the Universidad Nacional de Colombia, did my residency at The National institute of Mental Health at St's Elizabeth's Hospital in Washington D.C. and my fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at the University of New Mexico
