Iryna Lyuta

Iryna Lyuta, DNP, APRN-FPA, FNP-BC, PMHNP-BC, is a dually board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with Full Practice Authority, specializing in providing healthcare services to patients across their lifespans. Dr. Lyuta graduated as an FNP with high honors from Resurrection University in 2020 and obtained the highest professional degree, Doctor of Nursing Practice with Urban Health focus, from Oak Point University in 2023. In 2024, Dr. Lyuta completed a postgraduate certificate program in a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner track at Lewis University, becoming well-skilled in treating psychiatric and mental health disorders. With years of experience in primary care, Dr. Lyuta has provided medical services to many homebound and underprivileged seniors in Chicago and surrounding suburban areas. She manages acute and chronic illnesses, prescribes medications, refers patients to specialty care, and collaborates with a multidisciplinary healthcare team. She is fluent in English, Ukrainian, Polish, and Russian, which allows her to care for immigrants and minority groups.
