Her career spans working with people of all ages and their families in various settings, including telehealth, hospitals, prisons, forensic psychiatry, and substance abuse recovery.
Idara earned her graduate degrees from Long Island University and Walden University. She specializes in treating ADHD, anxiety, mood disorders, eating disorders, PTSD, adjustment disorders, psychotic disorders, substance abuse, and chronic mental illness.
Her mission is to help clients achieve and celebrate optimum mental health through warm partnerships that include psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and brief therapeutic interventions.
