Huynh M. Nelson

Huynh pronounced wynn was born and raised in Tyler Texas, where she obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Tyler in 2013. She has over 18 years of work experience with the University of Texas Health East Texas in capacities ranging from Intermediate Care, Telemetry, MedicalSurgical, and Pediatrics. During her tenure at the University of Texas East Texas, her roles spanned from a volunteer, and nurse aide, to Registered Nurse, Graduate Nurse Preceptor, and Charge Nurse. She graduated from Purdue Global University in 2019 with a Master of Science in Nursing with a concentration in Family Nurse Practitioner.

Huynh moved to the San Antonio area with her husband in 2017. She has been working for private practice Internal and Family Practice clinics in the area as a Family Nurse Practitioner since 2020. Huynh and her husband moved to Boerne in 2020 with their two children to return to the small town feeling they love so much.When Huynh is not working, she and her family love to visit friends and family, travel, explore and try new foods the Texas Hill Country has to offer. As the oldest of four siblings, Huynh was raised to care for others; a trait which she carries over to her profession to this day.
