Hina Smith

Dr. Smith graduated from Medical School in India from NHL Medical College. Dr. Smith then pursued research for 5 years at University of Florida and has several publications during that time. She then pursued General Adult Psychiatry training at University of Mississippi Medical Center, Jackson, MS followed by Child and Adolescent Psychiatry training at University of Florida in Gainesville, FL. After completing her training she started her journey with her husband in Reno, NV where she worked with adolescents at Willow Springs Residential Treatment Center in Reno, NV. Dr. Smith then transitioned to her role as a Director of Child and Adolescent Program at West Hills Hospital in Reno, NV. Dr. Smith has over a decade experience working in several states providing care for her patients in outpatient, inpatient, emergency care, substance use clinic and telepsychiatry services North Carolina, Mississippi, Nevada, West Virginia, and Florida.

Dr. Smith moved to Panama City Beach, Florida in 2020 with her family. Dr. Smith uses a combined approach of psychotherapy with medication management using evidence based medicine.
