Good day!
I am a board-certified PMHNP with a Doctorate in Nursing Practice DNP, from the Medical University of South Carolina. My BSN is from the University of North Carolina- Wilmington, and my ADN is from Sandhills Community College. I am passionate about providing quality, compassionate, and comprehensive mental health services to adolescents and adults. I have over 17 years in mental health and 7 in addictions, plus I have 10 years in acute mental health nursing and emergency nursing. My current roles include being a psychiatric provider, educator, mental health advocate, and therapist. My values include a patient-centered approach, combining therapy and education with medication management for effective treatment, and inter-professional collaboration for holistic care.
