While we primarily operate as a self-pay practice, you are welcome to use your insurance for labs, diagnostic tests, and prescriptions. This approach ensures accessible, customized healthcare designed just for you.
Our services include telehealth consultations and in-home care within a specified radius, with additional fees for extended travel. Membership options are as follows:
Membership Service Pricing
150 per month Unlimited telehealth visits.
250 per month Unlimited telehealth visits plus one in-home visit per month.
Pay-Per-Service Non-Members:
100 per telehealth visit
150 per in-home visit
100 per hour for any additional services
75 per urgent care appointment
50 per follow-up visit

I earned a Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of Delaware in 2024. I also hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Salve Regina University in Newport, Rhode Island in 1994.
I have worked at Peninsula Regional Medical Center, an affiliate of Tidal Health, in Salisbury, Maryland. There, I worked as a nurse in the hospitals Level II Special Care Nursery with premature and sick babies. Early in my career, I worked as a registered nurse at Childrens National Medical Center in Washington, D.C., where I was a part of a clinical care team serving a 54-bed level IV neonatal intensive care unit NICU. I also worked for a number of hospitals located in Virgina, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island, as a nurse on both NICU and adult medical surgical units.
