George Muthalakuzhy

Dr. Muthalakuzhy is a board certified nephrologist and internist who has been licensed in Florida since 2009. He completed his undergraduate degree in pharmacy at St. John's University 1998. He worked as a pharmacist while completing medical school from Ross University graduating in 2003. Internal medicine training was completed at University of Medicine Dentistry of NJ in 2006. Nephrology fellowship was completed at State University of New York Syracuse 2008. He has been board certified in internal medicine since 2006 and nephrology since 2009. Between 2008 and 2016, Dr Muthalakuzhy worked in various practices in New York State, Texas and Florida. In 2016 Dr Muthalakuzhy started practicing on his own and formed the Hypertension Kidney Stone Center in Tampa.
