I'm Natalie, a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with eight years of experience as an acute care nurse. I'm also a proud dog mom, Mexican immigrant, first-generation college graduate, and U.S. military spouse!

My practice focuses on supporting BIPOC individuals, healthcare providers, and those who are military affiliated who seek to truly know and love themselves. I specialize in navigating cultural identity, emotionally regulating during transitions, and processing generational trauma.

I take an integrative approach that focuses on the mind, body, and spirit connection while considering the benefits of supplements, medication, and psychotherapy. My goal is to create a space where individuals feel safe and supported in embracing their emotions, so they can live with grace, authenticity, and balance. I believe that everyone who has ventured far from home, faced deployment, expanded their cultural worldview, or experienced distress deserves to connect deeply with someone who understands their unique journey. Together, well address mental health through the lens of the whole person, honoring the rich and diverse experiences that shape who we are.
